This is some giant creature, regurgitating a COW!! Imagine you ran into this creature in its very hungry mode in the bush and you cant outrun it, nowhere to hide,... hold that thought. I cant imagine the outcome anymore.
Apparently this wanted wanted barbequed cow and the mcdonald in the jungle served it something else so it regurgitated it. Thats one comic way to look at it. It took it 90 seconds to completely vomit the cow.
