Man Commits Suicide in Port Harcourt By Jumping From 8 Story Building

Got this from Kanyinulia blog. According to her, the man jumped down from the 8th floor of a building at the federal Secretariat In Port Harcourt just now! The details are still sketchy but can someone tell me what's happening in Port Harcourt? Why all these deaths?
