Where To Spend The Xmas Holiday: Village Calls Out To Me

Village is calling out to me. That picture was taken a few years back from a village in Afugiri, I wonder how that place actually look now. Those people in the picture dint even know what they are on Rhipplemedia now. Do I even know who they are. I wonder how much they have grown now. Everybody wants me to come home, oh well home sweet home here I come.

How often do you guys visit your village or home town? Im sure some people  reside in their hometowns.

I just love the serenity of the village, not the chaos, mad traffic in the city like Lagos, the fresh air, not the pollutions of industries, cars, etc, the inviting mother nature - trees, night sky full of stars not the concrete jungle and sky-scrappers, house animals and their various noise which is more like music, my favourite is the cockerel which is a natural alarm clock. The list is endless.

I spent a considerable amount of time growing up in the village, so a lot of wonderful memories were forged there. Alot of experiences and adventures with childhood friends. The pain, the pleasure, they are part of who I am. The nostalgia gets uncontrollable atimes. I cant wait to eat the decent homemade food no artificial or refrigerated item, all ingredients fresh from the source. I fatten up quickly when I indulge in these delicacies.

No way Im going to ignore this call. Its been a while. So my dear villa here I come.
