The incident happened at Alaba International Market, in the middle of the night. The lady was accused of stealing Blackberry phone in the market. She was beaten, stripped naked and abused. What baffles Rhipplemedia is the way her legs were widely stretched apart and a torchlight put on and directed into her virgies as if they were searching for the blackberry phone inside there.
At least Im glad I dint hear she was burnt alive for stealing. Dont people have faith in the police anymore? Or is jungle justice the new religion. Im sure this sorta thing happen often in the past without so much publicity, the infotech and social media age makes it instantly available to any Tom, Dick, Harry and Wazobia that cares to know. It is really bad. You be the judge.
