Oyo State To Demolish Ayefele's N200M Building

The government cant just demolish his house without paying him compensation provided everything regarding the house and town planning in that area was duly approved before he built his house, that is in a normal situation but you know Nigeria can be a very funny place.

Yinka Ayefele's N200M building might soon be pulled down by the Oyo State Government. And here is what his publicist has to say; Ayefele was not given any prior notice about the demolition and he was shocked to hear about it. He went ahead to church and later went to perform at an event as if nothing happened because he can't imagine the shock.

The N200million naira edifice has in its belly, two magnificent halls, an internet radio station, a standard studio and several offices. It also provides jobs for over 100 people and it is one of the busiest places in Oyo.

But Rhipplemedia learnt the government wants to expand the road and that is why the building will be demolished.
