A five year old girl is fighting for her life after she was raped by a neighbour in Gandhi Nagar, east Delhi, who held her captive for four days. The girl was kidnapped while playing outside her home and locked in her neighbour’s flat for days before someone heard her cries for help.

Doctors reported finding ‘foreign objects’ inside the girl’s genitals as the details of her horrific ordeal began to unfold.

The five-year-old went missing from her home on Monday and was found on Thursday night by rescuers, alerted by her screams, in the home of a man who lives in the same building as the girl’s family. The neighbour is believed to have repeatedly raped the child, mutilated her genitals and tried to strangle her.


Doctors at Swami Dayanand hospital in Dehli said they found foreign objects inside the girl, including a 200ml bottle and parts of a broken candle. She also suffered injuries and bruising to her chest, lips and cheeks. Dr R.K. Bansal who examined the girl said it was ‘one of the worst cases’ he had ever seen, and that the next 48 hours will be crucial in determining her chances of survival.

‘She was scared and not fully conscious,’ he told Hindustani Times. ’Initially, she did not allow us to proceed with the examination as she was in tremendous pain.’

This is the third alleged rape of a minor this month in the Delhi area. Earlier this week a ten-year-old was allegedly raped on a bus after the driver, also in this case a neighbour, lured her away from her home.

Last week another girl, also aged ten, was allegedly raped by a neighbour and then locked in a cell by police after her family tried to report the crimes.

Life Imprisonment In The UK Awaits A Nigerian Teenager, Opemipo Jaji Found Guilty Of Rape

 
A Nigerian teenager who attacked and raped an 11 year old schoolgirl in November 2012 has been found guilty of rape and facing life imprisonment in the UK. 18 year old Opemipo Jaji was under a supervision order for having child porn and had just left an appointment with the Probation Service when he followed the victim as she took a bus home from school.

Opemipo took the girl to Jubilee Park in Enfield where he repeatedly raped her for three hours.

The court heard today that the Nigerian Paedophile stuffed a school tie and gloves into her mouth to stop her screaming. But Opemibo denied being the attacker, telling police he had seen the girl on the bus but nothing had happened. "I am just not capable of doing something as despicable and heartless as this," he told the court.

Well, nobody believed him. Not only was the victim's blood found on his clothes, CCTV footage also captured him in the same bus with the girl, plus he fitted the girl's description of her attacker and he admitted he was at the park that evening but only to compose music. He was found guilty and will be sentenced in two weeks time.

Chorister Arraigned For Allegedly Raping Church Member

A 25 year-old man, Chukwuma Iheme, was on Wednesday charged before an Ogudu Magistrate’s Court, Lagos, for allegedly attempting to rape a church member. Iheme and his victim were choristers of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Goshen Parish, Ogudu, Lagos.

The suspect with no fixed address was arraigned on a three count-charge of assault, stealing and rape.

He pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Prosecutor Donjor Perizi told the court that Iheme had on Aug. 14 visited Omimi Faith in her residence at No. 1, Samara Street, Elebiju, Ogudu, Lagos, and made sexual advances to her which was turned down by the complainant.

“After the refusal, Iheme suddenly jumped on Faith and stripped her naked. In the process, the accused beat the complainant and forcefully twisted her left hand which caused dislocation on her wrist,” Perezi said.

He said that the accused also stole Nokia X3 phone valued at N23, 000 from the complainant, stressing that the accused was arrested following complain by Faith. He said the offences contravened Sections 171, 285 and 260 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Lagos State, 2011.

Magistrate B.F Williams granted bail to the accused in the sum of N50,000 with two sureties in like sum and adjourned the case to Jan. 14, 2013, for mention. (NAN)

62 Years Old Step Father Allegedly Sexually Abused 10 Year Old Daughter

A 10-year old girl (name withheld) has accused her 62-year-old step father Mr. Alabi Ibrahim of habitually sexually abusing her. The primary six pupil disclosed this Sunday, lamenting that she had lost count on number of times her step father had sexually abused with her at their residence at Opara Estate, Aiyetoro Road in Abeokuta.

The act was revealed when the girl ignorantly shared her experience with her siblings who then hinted her mother. It was further learnt that the mother, Mrs. Adiat Ibrahim, subsequently reported her husband’s immorality to the police in Abeokuta. Vanguard learnt that the suspect, however, bolted when police detectives went after him in OnikolObo area.

Narrating her ordeal, the victim claimed that each time her step father sexually abuse her, he usually threatened to kill her if she told anybody about it.
She said; “Daddy always came to me when Mummy was not at home, and warned me not to tell anybody, so that I wouldn’t die”.

When contacted, Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi confirmed the incident.
He described the action of the man as barbaric, promising that the police will thoroughly investigate the matter towards possibly charging the suspect to court for sexual abuse of a child.

“The police totally condemn the act. He will not be spared. The man will be charged to court, after a thorough investigation,” Adejobi assured.

Subsequent upon her identification, which proved positive about the suspect, the man was said to have been bundled away from the bank along with the woman, who claimed that besides her being sexually abused by the man, her family equally paid a N10 million ransom.

Before the man was taken away from the bank, it was further gathered that the man’s bank account had about N75 million. The state Police Public Relations officer, Vitalis Onugu, when contacted said he was yet to be briefed on the matter.

A restaurateur and mother of 14-year old girl has told a Chief Magistrates’ Court in Karu how the pastor of a church she attends serially had carnal knowledge of her daughter, impregnating her and aborting the pregnancy. According to her, the pastor had his way with the teenager on the pretence that he was carrying out deliverance on her.

The said pastor, Princewil Basil is standing trial for allegedly having unlawful carnal knowledge, impregnating and abortion and for also having sexual intercourse with another 15-year-old girl, Amarachi Onuoha. The police charge sheet reads in part, “that you Apostle Princewill Basil severally had unlawful carnal knowledge of one Favour Iwuoha, 14-years-old and Amarachi Onuha, 15-years-old, who are all students and members of your church, in your church office on the pretence that you are carrying out deliverance on them, and you impregnated Favour Iwuoha.

‘’When you discovered such, you conspired with Pauline Okoh Odey and took her to Fantami head medical center, Mararaba and you falsely impersonated yourself as her father and aborted her pregnancy without her consent.”

The victim’s mother, Mrs Ngozi Iwuoha, told the court that her pastor, Apostle Princewill Basil, lied to her daughter that there was a “dirty foundation that defined her life’’ and he wanted to cast out evil spirits from her. Apostle Basil who runs Mountain of Mover Fire Ministry Church in Nyanya, was said to have ordered the teenager to remove her clothes in his office, to enable him cast out evil spells from her and that after she removed her dress, he started pouring and rubbing a certain oily substance on her body.

Iwuoha, who was testifying in the trial of the pastor by the police, said even when the girl asked the pastor whether one has to remove ones dress for deliverance, the pastor slapped her.

The pastor, she said also told the girl after rubbing her with oil that there were still certain spirits in her body which can only be removed by her husband and since she was not married, he was going to do it for her.

Consequently, he asked her to close her eyes and by the time she opened her eyes, the pastor had removed his dress. At this point, the pastor removed a handkerchief and rubbed her face with it which made her unconscious. The witness further told the court that by the time her daughter regained consciousness, she noticed there was blood all over her genitals. The pastor, she said cleaned her and brought a knife, threatening her never to reveal the encounter to anyone including her mother otherwise he would kill her

She said from the deliverance record she got from her daughter, the pastor first had carnal knowledge of her daughter on July 27, 2011 and continued carrying out the dastardly act until her daughter missed her menstrual period in December 2011.

“When the pastor discovered that my daughter was pregnant, he took her to Mararaba and aborted the pregnancy. But it was when I found out that my daughter was ceaselessly bleeding and that it no longer appeared to be her menstrual period that I began to ask her questions,’’ she added.

Chief Magistrate, Shuaibu Ahmed adjourned hearing in the matter to November 13, for continuation of trail.

12 Year Old Raped By A Supposed "Honourable"

A Local Government staff of Okposi Development Centre in Ebonyi State, Hon. Chieze Nwankwo was, Tuesday, reported to have allegedly raped a 12 year-old girl names withheld who resides in his compound. The incident which had received a lot of condemnation from the people of the area was said to have been reported to the police station in the area and later transferred to Obiozara Police Station for proper investigation.

Vanguard Newspaper learnt that the victim, a primary six pupil of Umunoka Primary School, Okposi, was lured by Hon. Nwankwo with an apple when she went to fetch water to take her bath. Narrating her ordeal in the hands of the rapist, the victim explained that the accused lured her with an apple and that before she knew what was happening, he had removed her clothes and over powered her.

"When I took my bucket to fetch water at the well, Hon. Chieze called me to his house and said I should come and collect an apple. I went in to collect the apple and asked him whether he too would also eat but before I could understand what was happening, he quickly pulled off his clothes, pushed me to the ground and fell on top of me. "I told him to get off me but he refused and I started crying but there was nobody in the compound until my mother started calling me. I told him that my mother was calling me but he refused to listen until my mother came and pushed the door open. And as soon as he saw my mother he used speed, took his towel and told my mother that it was an

apple he wanted to give to me"

The father of the victim, Mr. Peter Ogbonnaya who is a motorcycle mechanic wondered why such immoral act should be committed against his daughter and called on the state government, Non Governmental Organizations, NGOs and relevant security agencies in the country to come to the aid of the family, so that, appropriate punishment could

be meted out on the culprit.

Meanwhile, the mother of the victim, Mrs. Nnena Nwankwo was said to have taken her daughter to Okposi general hospital where medical examinations had been conducted to ascertain the health state of her daughter. She said: "As my daughter went to take her bath, Mr. Nwankwo who was in front of my shop, said I should give him something to eat. So, I gave him what he wanted.  After eating, he said he wanted to go and see whether his chicken was outside. So, he left but I never knew he was after my daughter. When my daughter went to fetch water at the well that was when he lured her.

"So after a while, I started calling my daughter to know whether she had finished taking her bath but I didn't hear her voice. I traced her to the well where she had gone to fetch water and saw her slippers at the door of Hon. Nwankwo. I now pushed the door and immediately the honourable quickly got up, gathered his towel and dashed out immediately. I raised alarm and told my husband about it"

When reporters visited the police post where the matter was first reported, the Investigation Police Officer, IPO, (name withheld) who confirmed the incident said the matter had been transferred to Obiozara police station for proper investigation to ascertain whether the allegation of rape against the local government staff were genuine or not. As at the time of this report, the culprit who is a Management Committee member in charge of Works department in Okposi Development Centre was alleged to have been released from police custody by some of his colleagues.

Sexual Assault: Police Rape Woman, Then Charging Her With Indecency

Outraged Tunisians took to the streets by the hundreds Tuesday, angrily protesting the treatment of a woman who was allegedly raped by police officers -- and then charged with public indecency when she filed a complaint.

"At best, charging the victim of a rape by police officers instead of protecting her from intimidation and stigma highlights the deep flaws on Tunisian law and criminal justice system," said Hassiba Hadj Sahraoui, deputy Middle East and North Africa program director at Amnesty International.

"At worst, it is an insidious attempt to discredit a rape victim and protect those she accused of raping her."

The case began September 3 when three police officers approached the woman and her fiance while they were in their car in the capital Tunis, the woman's lawyer told Amnesty. Two of the officers then raped the woman inside the car, while the third took her fiance to a nearby ATM to extort money from him, the woman claimed.

It was only after she filed a complaint against the officers -- and they were charged with rape and extortion -- that the officers said they found the couple in an "immoral position" in the car.

"This case first shocked public opinion since the innocent woman was raped by policemen," said Salah Eddine El Jorshi of the Tunisian League of Human Rights. "But when the verdict was announced, we were shocked even more that they tried to take this to another level by targeting the victim herself." Authorities have not specified what they meant by "immoral position," but the claim was later repeated by the country's interior ministry, Amnesty said. The couple was charged with "intentional indecent behavior," which could yield up to six months in prison.

Both have denied the charges. Tuesday's session is the second of what is expected to be several court hearings on the matter. The decision to charge the woman incensed human rights groups like the Tunisian League of Human Rights and the Tunisian Association of Democratic Women, who called for protests outside the Tunis courthouse.

"We fear that the treatment afforded to the young woman will deter other victims of sexual abuse from coming forward and as they may fear being treated as the accused rather than the victim," Amnesty's Sahraoui said.

Because of the case, rights groups are taking a closer look at the Tunisian government and judiciary.

"This caused a major upheaval in Tunisian public opinion," Jorshi said. "Some felt that maybe the woman was part of the crime, but others strongly felt that she was solely targeted because she was a woman." Tunisia is the birthplace of the Arab Spring, a series of revolutions that swept across northern African and the Middle East.

On December 17, 2010, Mohamed Bouazizi, a young Tunisian street vendor, set himself on fire in protest, sparking the movement that still ripples through the region. Tunisia's revolution ousted President Zine el Abidine Ben Ali and brought about a new government and political system, including a new draft constitution.

That was the drama that ensued in Notthingham City Centre when a rapist, Mawawe Ibraham Karam, 28, was due to stand trial accused of raping a 17-year-old in Nottingham city centre next week, after he originally pleaded not guilty.

After exposing himself, he was removed from the Nottingham courtroom during the legal proceedings and could be heard shouting 'I'm guilty, I'm guilty'. After pleading guilty, Karam asked Judge Stokes to sentence him that day, repeatedly shouting: 'Please judge, please sentence me today, please.'

He was later brought back before the judge and changed his plea to guilty. Karam was jailed at Nottingham Crown Court today for ten years for rape and the theft of the victim's mobile phone. After raping her in March 25 this year, he left her on the street half naked and took her cell phone with him. He has been recommended for deportation after serving his term.

Revenge: 26 Year Old Woman Shoots Her Rapist, And Then Beheads Him

A 26 year old Turkish woman, Nevin Yildirim, a mother of two who lives in a small village in southwestern Turkey is now awaiting trial after beheading a man who she says raped her repeatedly for months and is the father of her unborn child.

Nevin said the man, Nurettin Gider, began the attacks a few days after her husband left in January for a seasonal job in another town, according to a source close to the case. She said Gider threatened her with a gun and said he would kill her children, ages 2 and 6, if she made any noise, according to the source. Gider was said to have sneaked into her house at a point while she was asleep and took pictures of her. One of the pictures shows her pregnant body. Gider threatened to publish the pictures if she didn’t obey him, the source said.However, on August 28, when she was at least five months pregnant by a man who she said continued to rape her, Yildirim said she decided she had had enough. Gider was climbing up the back wall of her house. “I knew he was going to rape me again,” she said at her preliminary hearing August 30.

She said she grabbed her father-in-law’s rifle that was hanging on the wall and she shot him. He tried to draw his gun and she fired again. “I chased him,” she said. “He fell on the ground. He started cussing. I shot his sexual organ this time. He became quiet. I knew he was dead. I then cut his head off.”

According to witness account, Nevin Yildirim walked into the village square, carrying the man’s head by his hair, blood dripping on the ground. “Don’t talk behind my back, don’t play with my honor,” Yildirim said to the men sitting in the coffee house on the square. “Here is the head of the man who played with my honor.”

This incident happened yesterday afternoon at Adeniji Adele, Dolphin Estate, Phase 2. A little girl ran into a woman's shop crying. The woman asked her why she was crying, but the little girl couldn't really express herself. She just kept pointing at a particular direction, and crying. Then a few minutes later, the shop owner saw a man approaching her shop and calling on the girl to follow him. The woman asked the man who he was and why he was after the girl. The man probably realized the women wasn't going to release the girl to him, so he tried to run. The woman raised an alarm immediately shouting ole ole, thinking he was a kidnapper, not knowing he had done something much worse.

Youths in the area thinking the man was a thief descended on him. The man kept saying he wasn't a thief that the little girl was known to him. They turned to the girl and pressured her to tell them what the guy had done to her; the 3 year old told them that the man had taken her to the last floor of a 3 story building and hurt her. They checked the girl's panties and saw blood all over her private area. The blood had even dropped to her legs but nobody noticed on time.

On hearing this, the youths descended on him once again, this time more brutal. They stripped him naked, and beat him with stick, stones, bottles, etc until someone called the police who then took the man away.

11-Year Old Rape Victim Confessed She Enjoyed It

An 11-year old girl who was a victim of sexual abuse (name withheld) stunned the police in Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, when she confessed that she enjoyed having sex with their neighbour, Adams Oliyide, who allegedly defiled her on many occasions.

The victim told the police that she did not tell anyone including her parents because she enjoyed having sex with the suspect.

The victim, who opened up to the police, when she was asked  why she did not report the sexual assault to her parents, said whenever Oliyide invited her to his one room apartment, she always sneaked in and allowed him to have sex with her because she enjoyed it. The incident happened in Iyana Ipaja Lagos State Southwest Nigeria.....what does an 11 year old girl know biko?

P.M.NEWS gathered that the suspect from Ogun State, Southwest Nigeria, used to sneak back home from work in the afternoon when the parents of the victim had gone to work to have carnal knowledge of the victim.

It was alleged that after having sex with her, he would give her money to buy food, sweets or biscuits and warned her not to tell anybody.

This went on for months until they were caught by their neighbour who raised  an alarm and contacted the victim’s parents.

When the suspect was arrested, he was taken to Oke Odo Police Division, where he allegedly confessed that he had sex with the girl on many occasions.

The victim also confessed to the police that the 20-year old suspect had sex with her on many occasions but did not to tell  her parents because she loved him.

But the police insisted that Oliyide committed rape because the victim was an under age.

He was therefore charged with rape at Ikeja Magistrate’s Court sitting in Abule Egba under Section 137 Of the Criminal Code Law of Lagos State of Nigeria 2011.

The suspect pleaded not guilty to the charge and the presiding magistrate, Mr. A.O. Komolafe, granted him bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum.

The court  also ordered that one of the sureties must be a blood relation and the sureties must show evidence of payment of taxes.

The matter has been adjourned till 3 September, 2012.

At Thursday’s resumed hearing before the trial magistrate, Mrs. M.B. Folami, the girl said she knew Daniel Uzor, who is in the entertainment industry, at her mother’s shop in Surulere, Lagos, southwest Nigeria. The victim stated that Uzor promised to groom her to become a star in the entertainment industry and under this guise, he invited her to his residence at 10, Joe Ejeye, Jakande Estate, Ejigbo. She said on the day of the incident, she went to Uzor’s flat where his friend, Eni Daniel was already waiting, adding that immediately she entered, Uzor locked the door to the flat. “They came to me and started fondling my breasts and other parts of my body. They ordered me to remove my dress. They started taking my nudé photographs and threatened to post them on the internet. “They forced me to suck their penises. They had rounds of séx with me in turns. When they were satisfied, they told me to go. But they did not delete my nudé photographs in their camera phones,” the girl narrated her ordeal. She disclosed that she did not inform anyone of her experience because of fear that her nude photographs might be posted on the internet. But after some days, she summoned the courage and narrated the incident to her grandfather who took her to the police station to report the matter. She said when the police arrested Uzor and Eni,  her nude photographs were still in their mobile phones. The photographs were later downloaded and printed in hard copies. The court admitted them as exhibits. The police prosecutor, Mr. Oladejo Balogun, charged Uzor and Eni before the court with the offences punishable under sections 409 and 259 of the criminal code laws of Lagos state of Nigeria, 2011. At the commencement of the case, they pleaded not guilty when the charge was read to them. The trial magistrate, Mrs. Folami admitted them to bail in the sum of N500,000 each with two sureties each in like sum. Uzor and Eni were remanded in prison custody pending when they will perfect their bail condition. The court has adjourned the matter till 31 August, 2012 for continuation of the trial. In another incident, a 70-year old pastor, Alfred Idonije has been arraigned before an Egor Magistrate’s court in Benin for allegedly defiling a 10-year old orphan (name withheld). The defendant, who was said to be a pastor of a church, allegedly forcefully had unlawful carnal knowledge of the girl on 25 June, 2012 after luring her into his room when he sent her to buy noodles for him. Narrating her ordeal before the court, the little girl said the accused had ráped her on three occasions and threatened to kill her if she reported to anyone. Testifying, the major witness and grandmother of the victim, Mrs. Mary Akhighe, said the girl is an orphan.  She stated that the defendant was their neighbour who usually sends the victim on errands. Mrs. Akghibe said on the day of the incident, she saw the victim being séxually abuséd by the accused inside his room. Counsel to the defendant, Barrister Osa Uwagie, appealed to the court to grant his client who appeared frail, bail to enable him seek medical attention before the adjourned date. The presiding Magistrate, Taye Omoruyi, granted Idonije bail in the sum of N200, 000 with a surety who must be a civil servant from grade level 12. Counsel to the victim, Stella Ojeme and Emmanuel Dauda expressed happiness with the proceedings, adding that the adjournment would enable them present more witnesses to ensure that justice is done. Further hearing on the matter was adjourned till 23 August, 2012. President of a non-government organisation, Child Protection Network (CPN), Edo State chapter, Mrs. Jennifer Ero, who facilitated the trial of the case, urged parents to report cases of rápe to them as this would reduce child rápe cases which she said was on the increase. “We also want to say to the public that rápe is happening everyday, and nobody is coming out to talk about it. Nanny Watched As 5yr Old Girl Was Raped At Bolingo Hotel, Mom Alleges

The rape of a five-year-old girl is generating the interest of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice, Muhammed Bello Adoke (SAN), who on Wednesday applied to a Wuse Magistrate Court to take charge of its prosecution from the Police.

Canadian born Eliana Melekwe was allegedly raped at Bolingo Hotel by a certain Godwin Okon, a cleaner in the hotel.

Mr. Ejike Orji, a lawyer from the AGF’s chambers, made an oral application to the court to convey the AGF’s interest in taking over the matter because it involved a foreign citizen.

However, counsel to the accused, Suleiman Usman, opposed the application, arguing that the AGF could not takeover a criminal case without the fiat of an attorney general of the state, taking Abuja to possess the status of a state.

After both sides had been heard, Magistrate Folashade Oyekan fixed Monday 25th June for counsel’s submission of written addresses on the propriety of the AGF’s desire.

Mother of the rape victim, Queen Moses Idris, had reported the matter to the Canadian High Commission in Nigeria, citing weakness of Police prosecution. But she was advised to first exhaust all internal mechanisms before inviting the Commission.

She consequently sought the intervention of the AGF, who instructed a lawyer in his chambers to follow the case up.

 In a letter to the AGF, she accused the Police, particularly the IPO of deliberately frustrating the matter by not turning up in court. The house help, Miss. Bright, who was in custody of the minor at the time of the rape, has since been apprehended by the National Agency for Prohibition of Traffic in Persons and Other Related Matters (NAPTIP).

According to Idris, her daughter is currently receiving treatment at Kings Care Hospital Abuja, after contracting Sexually Transmitted Virus (STV) from 35-year-old Okon. She said her daughter, who was unable to eat, drink or excrete for more than a week, is suffering from “Yielded profubed staph spotter Utlus” and “mellonotigreen mecid discharge” on her vulva.

“We logged into Bolingo Hotel in Abuja on 11th March 2012. Two weeks later, I secured a 28-year-old house help called Bright, through an agency; and on 8th May, my daughter was sexually molested. I will say rape because it has to do with oral sex,” she said.

“The 35-year-old Godwin Okon, who works as a house cleaner in the hotel, connived with my house help and did anal sex with my daughter. This man is a professional because at the end of the day nothing happened at the front (vagina). He penetrated my daughter through the anus and gave her his manhood for sucking. The house help, being an accomplice, told my daughter that ‘If you tell your mum, she will spank you,’ so my daughter became scared and she didn’t tell me about the first incident.”

Continuing, she said. “The same thing repeated itself more severely on Friday, the 11th, at about 8pm, when Okon was not working. As a cleaner, he was done with his job by 3pm. But by 8pm, Eliana said the house help invited Okon again to the room, and the same thing happened.

“This time around, my house help, Bright was sitting in the room, pretending to be watching African Magic while Okon sat, zipped down, brought out his manhood and told my daughter to sit. While my daughter was sitting on his lap, he tried to penetrate with his dick. When she felt the sharp pain at her bombom like she calls it, she jumped out and cried and said ‘Aunty bright, are you not seeing what Mr. Okon is trying to do?’ Bright repeated that ‘if you say anything to your mummy, your mummy will beat you.’

“At that point, Okon said he was going and at that point Aunty Bright said ‘Elliena go with Mr. Okon and lock the door.’ When she tried to lock the door, Okon zipped down again, brought his manhood and told my daughter to masturbate it, and told my daughter that it doesn’t hurt, that it is very soft. While he was doing that, he put his manhood in my daughter’s mouth and said ‘suck it like orange’ and she said, ‘while it was in my mouth mummy, I later felt some yacky stuff in my mouth, so at that point, he released.’ My daughter said it is ‘very yacky and she ran away, opened the door and left.”

Meanwhile, THEWILL can report that the management of Bolingo had in the past few weeks spent huge sums to compromise the case at the local police post where it was first reported.  They also moved to lobby local media houses not to report the incident.

Having failed in their effort to get the media out of the story, management has cooked up a denial saying the infant’s mother owes them over a million naira in unpaid bills adding that she came up with the rape story after she was written to pay up.

53 year man gets 1 Year Jail Term For Sexually Assaulting 9yr Old Girl

The Federal High Court in Kano has sentenced one Ado Danjuma, 53, to three years imprisonment for abducting a nine-year-old girl and sexually molesting her.

The prosecution counsel, Aondona Orti, told the court that the convict had on February 2, 2011, lured the victim to a shop where he worked as a security man. "He inserted his finger into the private part of the nine-year old girl, touched her buttocks and later asked her to go," said Orti.

He said the police arrested the convict at his duty post after the girl went home and narrated what happened to her parents.

When the charge was read to Danjuma, he pleaded guilty and asked for leniency as he had five children and a pregnant wife.

The trial  judge, Justice Shehu Yahaya, sentenced him to two years imprisonment without the option of a fine on first count of taking custody of the girl without the consent of her lawful guardians; and also sentenced him to one year imprisonment for having carnal knowledge of the girl contrary to the Trafficking in Persons Act 2003.

The two sentences will run concurrently.

Texas Father Catches Man Sexually Assaulting His 4 Year Old Daughter And Punches Him To Death

A Texas father caught a man sexually assaulting his 4-year-old daughter and punched him in the head repeatedly, killing him, authorities said.

The girl was left inside the family's house during a social gathering, while other members of her family were tending to horses. The father returned to the house, caught the man in the act, and stopped him by striking him in the head several times. The man was pronounced dead on the scene, while the daughter was taken to a local hospital in Victoria, Texas, for examinations before being released. Lavaca County Sheriff Micah Harmon said

The father was casually acquainted with the alleged abuser. Neither has been publicly identified.

The incident took place Saturday.

Harmon described the girl as "OK besides the obvious mental trauma."

Asked whether they would press charges against the father, the sheriff responded, "You have a right to defend your daughter. He acted in defense of his third person. Once the investigation is completed we will submit it to the district attorney who then submits it to the grand jury, who will decide if they will indict him."

Harmon described the dad as "very remorseful," adding that he didn't know the man was going to die.

Authorities were withholding the deceased man's name while they notified next of kin. Officials did not know immediately if he has a prior criminal history.
