BIZZARE: Woman Gives Birth to a Horse in Edo State

According to The Nation worshipers of the World Liberation Ministry located along old Sapele-Benin express road on Tuesday took to their heels during a prophesy programme when a female member delivered a horse.

The horse was however dead by the time Journalists visited the church.  It was gathered that the woman whose identity was not yet known started screaming during the prayer session and began to bleed from the vagina before the horse came out. The General Overseer of the church, Evangelist Silva Wealth, said he was still amazed at what came out of the woman.

He told Journalists that during prayers a revelation came that there was a woman with an issue and that something was blocking her womb. Silva said as prayers intensified, the woman started screaming and bleeding started when the object came out. The cleric said he couldn’t confirm whether the horse was dead or alive because he didn’t go near it.

“I can’t describe the object. We have seen people that vomited several things during our service but not this type of thing. God has been blessing our ministry with prophesies and miracles, “he said.
People rushed to the church to catch a glimpse of the horse when news of the delivery filtered into town.

Irate Woman Bites Off Policeman’s Ear

A 36-year old woman, Mrs. Gloria Ugonnaya, has been arraigned before a Yaba Magistrate’s court in Lagos, Southwest Nigeria, charged with assault. She allegedly bit off the ear of a police Corporal, Odion Oifoghe, attached to Sabo Police Division, Yaba in order to evade arrest. Sources gathered that Gloria had a quarrel with her neighbour at their 35, Johnson Street, Onike, Yaba, Lagos residence and when the police invited her for questioning, she refused to honour the invitation.

Oifoghe had to go to her residence in the morning on the day of the incident to arrest her. But in an effort to frustrate the policeman, she engaged him in a scuffle during which she bit off his ear. She was eventually arrested. Police charged her with assault occasioning harm. The offence, according to the police prosecutor, is contrary to and punishable under section 172 of the criminal code, laws of Lagos state, Nigeria, 2011. When the charge was read to her, Gloria pleaded not guilty.

The trial Magistrate, Mrs. S.K. Metapa admitted her to bail in the sum of N50,000 and one surety in like sum. he matter was adjourned till 12 September, 2012 for mention. Gloria was remanded in prison custody pending when her bail condition will be perfected.

Pregnant Man’ Thomas Beatie Files For Divorce

Thomas Beatie, born a woman, underwent a sex-change operation but kept his reproductive organs. He made headlines in 2007 after pictures of his pregnant belly became public.

Now, the “pregnant man” may soon be a male single mother. What an irony.

Thomas Beatie, a transgender man who bore three children, is filing for divorce from his wife Nancy.

He was born as a woman in Hawaii and had a sex change before getting married in 2003, though he still has female reproductive organs.

He bore three of the couple’s children because his wife was infertile, and made headlines when photos of him with a beard and a pregnant belly were made public.

Hawaii recognizes Beatie, 37, as a man. But Arizona, where he lives now, does not because he still had female organs when he wed Nancy. The state does not allow same-sex marriage.
